Review:

The above links directs you to the article explaining in detail about the cells involved during immune response and mainly highlighting their cooperation.  The article mainly gets divied into sections starting with the introduction and then continuing with the topic. First there is listed cells of our immune system under the headings as the immunologically competent cells, the thymus and central lymphoid tissue, macrophages etc. Then the evidences like the carrier effect, premium effect, the thymus-marrow cooperation in vivo etc are described for the existence of cooperation. Lastly with six topic like terminology, need of cooperation etc under it holds details about the mechanisms and implications.
